How to form an Arizona LLC (Limited Liability Company)

Organizing an Arizona LLC

Articles of Organization

An Arizona limited liability company is formed by submitting the Cover Sheet, Articles of Organization and Statutory Agent Acceptance form plus the filing fee to the AZ Corporation Commission. The fee is $50, which will get you filed in approximately two months. Pay an additional expedite fee of $35 and processing is nine days. File by mail, in person or by fax. In 2013 the AZ Corporation Commission will be offering online filing. The management structure attachment must be included. When the articles have been approved, you will receive a Notice of LLC Formation that must be published in a local newspaper.
