Organizing a Michigan LLC

A Michigan limited liability company is formed by filing Articles of Organization with the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth, Bureau of Commercial Services, Corporation Division. The filing fee is $50. Fees may be paid by VISA or Mastercard when delivered in person to the Corporation Division office. Checks should be payable to the State of Michigan.
