How to form a New Mexico LLC (Limited Liability Company)

Organizing a New Mexico LLC

A New Mexico limited liability company is created by submitting the Articles of Organization form in duplicate with original ink signatures. File the articles with the Public Regulation Commission and include the $50 filing fee, which will get you filed in approximately two months. Expedited processing is highly recommended. For an additional $100 your document is done in two to three days, and $150 will get your filing processed the next day. File in New Mexico only by mail.
