A limited liability company is formed in Oklahoma by filing Articles of Organization, and including the $100 filing fee to the Oklahoma Secretary of State, Corporations Division. Submit the articles by mail, in person, by fax or online. If you walk in your articles, they will process it while you wait for an addition $25. Oklahoma will take seven to ten days to process your filing if you donít submit it online or in person.
PLLCs register with the Professional Articles of Organization plus the $100 filing fee. A certificate from the proper professional regulating board must be included.
Qualification of a Foreign LLC in Oklahoma
Register your foreign LLC to do business in Oklahoma by filing the Application for Registration with the Oklahoma Secretary of State by mail, in person, by fax or online. The filing fee is $300. Include a Certificate of Good Standing from the home jurisdiction, dated within the last 60 days.
