How to form an Oregon LLC (Limited Liability Company)

Form an Oregon LLC by submitting Articles of Organization - Limited Liability Company, and include the $100 state filing fee to the Oregon Secretary of State, Corporation Division. File the articles by mail, in person, by fax or online. Oregon will take seven to ten days to process mailed documents. They will finish processing your filing quicker when fax filed. Include the Credit Card Cover Sheet. Filing online is the recommended method and the processing is instant. Always add $5 if you want to receive a confirmation copy.

Qualification of a Foreign LLC in Oregon

Register your foreign LLC to do business in Oregon by filing the Application for Authority to Transact Business with the Oregon Secretary of State by mail, in person, by fax or online. The filing fee is $275. Include a Certificate of Good Standing from the LLC’s home state, dated within 60 days of the application.
