How to form a Vermont LLC (Limited Liability Company)

Qualify your foreign LLC to for operation in Vermont by filing the Application for Authority to Transact Business with the Vermont Secretary of State by mail or in person. File the application with the $70 filing fee. Attach a certificate of good standing from your home state, dated less than 30 days from the application date.
