Qualification of a Foreign LLC in New Mexico

To receive authority to do business in New Mexico, file the Foreign LLC Application for Registration with the NM Public Regulation Commission by mail, in duplicate with the filing fee of $100. Attach a Certificate of Good Standing from the home state dated not more than 30 days before delivery of the filing.
